Who is LociAI for?

Licensed Ontario real estate professionals who work with investor clients. LociAI does the analysis so you can find opportunities and advise with data.

How does the scoring work?

We run each listing through the same checks a sharp investor would: condition, income, lot, location, risk, and price against recent comparable sales. The score is consistent and repeatable, and every result shows the numbers behind it.

Is this financial advice?

No. It is a research tool for professionals. LociAI is not a brokerage, appraiser, or adviser, and the figures are estimates. You and your clients should verify every figure before acting.

Where does the data come from?

Active and sold listings from the MLS, plus official municipal and provincial records for zoning and hazards. When something cannot be confirmed, we tell you instead of guessing.

What areas do you cover?

Ontario. We have real zoning for about 80 percent of the province by population today, and coverage keeps growing.

Can I match it to my client's strategy?
