LociAI is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We aim to meet our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, the standard required of Ontario organizations under the AODA. This includes practices such as keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive text alternatives, semantic structure, and respecting reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We test and improve the site over time, and some third-party components (such as sign-in and payment screens) are provided by external services that maintain their own accessibility programs.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on LociAI, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at [email protected]. We welcome your feedback and aim to respond promptly, and will provide or arrange accessible formats and communication supports on request.
