This policy explains how LociAI collects, uses and protects information when you use the Service. We aim to handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
To provide and improve the Service, run analyses you request, process subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate LociAI — for example authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), database/hosting (Supabase), and the data and AI providers used to generate analysis and written summaries. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Analysis draws on third-party and public real-estate and government data. That data is used to produce your results and is subject to the source provider’s terms.
LociAI uses essential cookies to operate core features — keeping you signed in (via Clerk) and processing subscriptions (via Stripe). These are necessary for the Service to function. We do not use cookies to sell your data. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and apply reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data, subject to legal limits. Contact us to make a request. Depending on your location you may have rights under laws such as PIPEDA.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here. Contact: [email protected].
