These Terms govern your use of LociAI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
LociAI provides automated, data-driven analysis of Ontario real-estate listings, including an investment merit score, hazard and zoning information, fair-value ranges, rent ranges and related outputs. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
LociAI is not a real-estate brokerage, appraiser, financial adviser, mortgage broker, or legal adviser, and nothing in the Service is appraisal, investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Scores, fair-value ranges, rent estimates and cash-flow figures are model and comparable-derived estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information and for your own investment decisions. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
The Service relies on third-party and public data (including MLS feeds, municipal and provincial GIS, and geocoding). Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or changed without notice. LociAI does not own and is not responsible for third-party data, and your use of listing data must comply with the applicable data provider’s terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Paid features require a subscription; a free trial may be offered. Billing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or redistributing data in violation of a data provider’s terms; reselling outputs as a regulated valuation; reverse-engineering the Service; or using it unlawfully.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LociAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from investment decisions made using the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Governing law: Ontario, Canada.
